🌿 About Chef Yuki

Guiding this retreat is Yuki C. Jung, a German-certified plant-based chef, nutritionist, and consultant, and the creative force behind allyouneedisveg.de. Trained at the Plant-Based Institute for Culinary Arts in Berlin and with nearly a decade of experience in the world of plant-based restaurants, yoga, meditation and wellness-sector across Europe, Yuki brings both expertise and heartfelt passion to every dish she creates.

She reimagines beloved food classics into vibrant, plant-based, wholesome and high energetic versions. Her menus are colorful, balanced, and deeply nourishing — designed to enhance well-being, focus and joy during moments of mindful practice or creativity.

Yuki’s culinary journey has been featured in **The Guardian, Welt Vegan Magazine, and Vegan Life Magazine**, and she has appeared as a speaker and live cooking guest at leading industry events, including the Ethical Assembly Eco Summit and at Veggie World Portugal.

At the heart of her philosophy lies her vision:“Peace starts on our plates.”

She believes that food is directly connected to both our inner harmony and outer environment. When prepared with creativity, love, and respect for nature, plant-based food becomes more than nourishment — it becomes a practice of mindfulness, compassion, and joy.
