My basic recipe for 10 Superfood Energy Balls:
150 g dried fruits and 70 g nuts.

Often dried dates are used as a base, but also with other dried fruits (apricots, figs, mangoes, pineapple …) the balls can be produced.
As nut varieties you can use: cashews, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios …
The balls can be flavored with spices or superfoods: matcha, cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, raw cacao, carob, maca, spirulina, cardamon, coconut, banana, lemon, orange, peppermint, rose, etc. Extra sweet with Agave syrop and always add a pinch of salt.
You can customize the energy balls by rolling them in cacao powder, in chopped nuts or coconut flakes.

Mix all ingredients together for a few minutes in a powerful blender. The most important in the manufacture of energy balls is that the mass that occurs is strongly crushed and sticky. If it´s not enough simply adds more dates. If you realize that the blender is not powerful enough and “spins”, just add a little water or better coconut-milk, then it works better.
The mass has to be cooled  for 30 min., then formed into balls and stored again in the refrigerator.

The truffles are now ready to eat up !:-)
