Vegan Strudel is on the plate !
As a bavarian girl I have eaten “Apfelstrudel” countless times especially during my childhood . It was part of our weekly menu in my mothers house and of course is was made with lots of butter & love. I recently found out that outside of the “Alpine perimeter” there are a lot of strudel fans. So I decided to open a VEGAN STRUDEL LAB for several weeks at my Lisbon Base (thanks to Carine;-).
I developed for you several sweet and salty variations of the classic Vienna Apple Strudel in a vegan style without eggs and butter !
You will see it´s just so yumeee!
On the permanent research of My real I and Your real YOU, one thing not to miss was the Lisbon Yogafestival at the Jazzy Dance Studios this November.
Thanks to João Silva, the organizer of Festival Zen & Lisbon Yoga Festival I had the chance to zoom in with my camera and document a yoga session of Karo Tak – the only Jivamukti Teacher in Portugal.

I recently traveled from Lisbon with the coastal railway down to Cascais to explore a little vegetarian paradise in the center of Cascais: Cafe Galeria House of Wonders.
Entering this lovely place, the smell of freshly baked cakes and welcoming atmosphere warms up every heart. You can have a lunch at the restaurant, visit the gallery with its selected handcrafts or stay at the cafe with its beautiful roof top contemplating the view on the bay.
Anna, the owner offers us for this article one of her recipes: Vegetarian lentils stew with baby pumpkin and brussels sprouts.
