Travel in this course in the heart of Japan and learn the art of homemade vegan Ramen Noodles from Tokyo.
The Ramen will be served in homemade Miso-Dashi with Tofu, crispy smoked Ricecrackers (vegan “Bacon”) and typical garnish.
